The purpose of this proposal is to outline a comprehensive plan for the development of a custom fitness app by Xtreme Controls for Rep Fitness. This app will be designed to enhance Rep Fitness’s service offerings, streamline client engagement, and provide a cutting-edge digital solution tailored to their brand.
We have based much of our research on the 'Gravl' app, its features, functionality and real-world use cases, as well gathered multiple user feedback on preference, requirements and expectations of a similar product.

Guinness: We partnered with Diageo, largest drinks supplier in the world and owner of Guinness to implement a seamless customer experience in their historic brewery in Dublin.
Allowing visitors to order merchandise at any point around the brewery tour and collect on their way out. Increasing revenue and brand engagement.
Bloc Hotels: A leading hotel chain in the UK required a mobile first solution for guests. Allowing their customers to manage their booking and room straight from their phone.
From checking in, to controlling the TV, HVAC, lights and blinds without needing to interact with a member of staff.
B&Q: One of the primary UK DIY chain stores trialled and then rolled out a mobile first click and collect solution from Xtreme Controls, and sister company Clix.
Empowering customers to order in store or online and collect same day from secure lockers, and returns items using just QR codes on their phones.
Rolls Royce: We were tasked with building a system that allows over 200 meeting rooms across the estate to take part in virtual meetings.
We used hardware and software to deliver seamless and futuristic environments that allow sharing files, designs using large format touch screen displays and secure end to end transmission.
Tesco: Similar to the B&Q project, supermarket chain Tesco partners with Xtreme to deliver a mobile first and secure solution to tobacco and high value item stocking. Increasing security, staff safety and improving overall customer experience.
KONE: Xtreme Controls created a facial recognition system, which integrated into KONE's elevators within luxury apartment buildings in the hear of West London.
Our software allowed residents to walk into their building, get into an elevator and reach their apartment without pressing a button or opening a door themselves.

Our dedicated support service delivers round-the-clock assistance, ensuring seamless app performance and user satisfaction. From technical troubleshooting to feature guidance, our experts are always available to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, offering Rep Fitness unparalleled reliability and peace of mind.
Once the program is loaded, Xtreme will carry out some preliminary tests to make sure everything looks right. We will then ask you the integrator to run through thorough testing, during which time we will help work through any issues with hardware communication and fix any software bugs found.
Until the project is handed over to you we will be responsive and offer a 24 hour lead time on any issues brought to our attention.
After the handover, we will commit to a maximum lead time of 7 days on any issues that relate to our programming, but always try to beat this. Any issues or bugs relating to the program that was part of the original scope will not attract costs for our time.

Licensing
Licensing is calculated at 10% of the development cost of the app, and is charged annually.
In this case the licensing fee would be £25,470.
Hosting
For your application with a proposed target of 80,000 users, The minimal hosting costs would be £3000 - £5000 per month.
